Dolly Sods

My first visit to Dolly Sods with friends was last year. This year I am taking a three day backpacking trip with my dog and I, using many of the recipes from this site. I enjoy the food, keep it coming!

According to Wikipedia, a "sods" is a local term for an open mountaintop meadow.
